Job summary

JCB Group in Bromley is seeking a confident Kia Product Genius to join the Kia Bromley dealership. You will be the expert for Kia products and technologies, guiding customers in a non-pressurised consultative process to select the right vehicle.

You will welcome showroom visitors and respond to online enquiries, presenting features and benefits clearly while building trust. A driving licence and interest in technology are essential.

Qualifications

• Confident, dynamic and engaging; ambassador for the Dealership and the Kia Brand.
• First class communication skills; explain complex subjects simply and clearly.
• Excellent customer service and ability to work in a team.
• GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide an engaging first point of contact for showroom or digital enquiries.
