Dimensions Ltd in Keynsham (BS31) is seeking compassionate Female Support Workers to aid 10 adults with learning disabilities and other needs in a vibrant supported living home. Roles include 1:1 and shared support, personal care, and helping residents build confidence and independence.

The team values patient, calm communication and a friendly, adaptable approach. A full UK driving licence is preferred; shifts include early, late, and sleep-ins with additional sleep-in pay.

Pay: £13.70 per hour + £50 per sleep-in shift
Driver Requirement: Full UK Driving Licence (Auto-Friendly)

About the role

We're looking for compassionate and reliable Female Support Workers to join our team in Keynsham (BS31), supporting 10 adults aged 20s-60s with learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy and physical disabilities.

This is a vibrant supported living home where you'll provide a mix of 1:1 and shared support, helping people build confidence, develop independence and enjoy meaningful experiences.

The people we support enjoy:

• Swimming and bowling
• Shopping trips and variousoutings
• Movies, superheroes and music
• Social events, BBQs and group activities
• Voluntary work and structured routines
• Making choices about their homes and lifestyles

Support includes personal care, medication administration, meal preparation, mobility support, various activities and helping people achieve their personal goals. Many individuals have communication needs and benefit from patient, consistent and personalised support.

Families are actively involved in the home, making positive relationship-building an important part of the role.

Shifts

• 9:00am - 5:00pm
• 9:00am - 7:00pm
• Long day + sleep-in: 10:00am - 10:30am (following day)
• Sleep-in: 11:00pm - 7:00am (£50 paid to sleep)
• Weekend Working Essential

Rotas are provided in advance to support a healthy work-life balance.
