MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE / BUSINESS MANAGEMENT
- Deliver outstanding service by engaging, connecting, and servicing all visitors with the appropriate behaviour (attitude, outfit, and make-up look in line with KIKO standards).
- Achieve business goals set by the Store Manager (Customer Experience, Sales, KPIs).
- Satisfy customers’ needs through cross-selling products.
- Complete all BeKIKO dossiers, quizzes, and training modules.
- Update management on issues affecting customer experience and KPI results (e.g., trends, stock, housekeeping).
- Potentially undertake responsibilities as a ‘Beauty Tutor’ to assist in training the store team.
PROCEDURES & POLICIES EXECUTION
- Ensure the store complies with all KIKO standards.
- Follow KIKO standards and procedures as outlined in the KIKO STORE BOOK and explained by the Store Manager.
- Maintain high standards in store image (layout, merchandising, housekeeping) and customer care.
- Stay updated on market trends.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in fashion or beauty.
- Strong knowledge of beauty products and trends.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets.
- Experience in product demonstrations and makeup application.
- Knowledge of skincare routines and techniques.
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area.
