Are you passionate about beauty and helping others enhance their unique style? Join our vibrant team at KIKO Milano as a Beauty Advisor. As a KIKO Milano Beauty Advisor, you’ll play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service and beauty expertise to our valued clientele.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE / BUSINESS MANAGEMENT

  • Deliver outstanding service by engaging, connecting, and servicing all visitors with appropriate behaviour (attitude, outfit, and make-up look in line with KIKO standards).
  • Achieve business goals set with the Store Manager (Customer Experience, Sales, KPIs).
  • Satisfy customer needs through cross-selling products.
  • Complete all BeKIKO dossiers, quizzes, and training modules.
  • Report issues to Management that could impact customer experience and KPI results (e.g., trends, stock, housekeeping).
  • Potentially undertake responsibilities as a ‘Beauty Tutor’ to assist in training the store team, as assigned.

PROCEDURES & POLICIES EXECUTION

  • Ensure the store complies with all KIKO standards.
  • Adhere to KIKO standards and procedures as outlined in the KIKO STORE BOOK and explained by the Store Manager.
  • Maintain high standards of store image (layout, merchandising, cleanliness) and customer care quality.
  • Stay updated on market trends regularly.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within fashion or beauty sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of beauty products and current trends.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Full flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets.
  • Experience conducting product demonstrations and applying makeup.
  • Knowledge of skincare routines and techniques.
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area.
