Are you a graduate looking to gain hands-on primary school experience before applying for teacher training?

You’ll work closely with class teachers to support pupils across Key Stage One, helping them build confidence in phonics, reading, writing, and maths. You’ll run small group sessions, provide in-class support, and assist with planning and preparation. You’ll play a key role in helping young children stay focused, enjoy learning, and make strong academic progress.
You’ve got a 2:1 or above, strong A-Levels, and ideally some experience with children—whether through schools, tutoring, mentoring, or volunteering. You’re patient, enthusiastic, and know how to communicate clearly with young learners. You’re considering a career in teaching and want to develop the skills and insight needed before taking the next step.
