We are seeking an inspirational and forward-thinking teacher to take on a key leadership role within our thriving and highly successful Mathematics and Computing Faculty in Ealing. The successful candidate will be appointed as the Key Stage Coordinator of Maths for either Key Stage 3 or 4, with the opportunity to contribute significantly to the development of the faculty and make a lasting impact on our students' academic success. Key Responsibilities: Key Stage Coordinator of Maths in Ealing

  • Lead and manage the delivery of the Maths curriculum across Key Stage 3 or Key Stage 4, ensuring it meets the needs of all students.
  • Support the development and implementation of the Mathematics curriculum, ensuring it is rigorous, challenging, and accessible for all learners.
  • Establish and maintain high standards of teaching and learning within the faculty.
  • Lead a team of mathematics teachers, providing guidance, support, and opportunities for professional development.

  • A well-qualified Mathematics Teacher with a proven track record of success in the classroom.
  • Ability to teach through all Key Stages, with experience in Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
  • Experience in leadership or a leadership role within the Maths department is desirable, but not essential.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
  • A forward-thinking individual with a clear vision for improving teaching and learning within the Maths department.
  • A commitment to professional development and a desire to grow into more senior leadership roles.
