The Role
As a Key Stage 2 Graduate Teaching Assistant, you’ll work alongside experienced class teachers to support pupils across Years 3–6. Your responsibilities will include delivering targeted interventions in core subjects, leading small group sessions, and providing 1-2-1 support where required. You’ll play an active role in helping pupils build confidence and make academic progress, particularly in literacy and numeracy.
The Candidate
This role is ideal for a graduate with a strong academic background who is considering a career in teaching. You should be confident, enthusiastic, and have a passion for helping young learners succeed. Good communication skills and a proactive attitude are essential. Previous experience in a school or working with children is a bonus, but not essential.
