Job summary

Crew Clothing is seeking a Key Holder for part-time duties to help run the store with confidence. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining high store standards and supporting the team in daily operations.

You will handle transactions, assist customers with product information, and contribute to a welcoming shopping experience. This position fits a shopper-friendly schedule with 12 hours per week and opportunities to progress within the luxury fashion brand.

Responsibilities

• Achieves sales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and the brand
• Provide accurate information about our product to the customer including features and benefits and stock availability
• Promote our multi-channel shopping options to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
• Provide an inviting and welcoming atmosphere for our customers
• Process sales transactions with care and in line with company guidelines
• Demonstrate flexibility in order to meet the needs of the store
