Job summary

Crew Clothing is seeking a Part Time Key Holder to help generate sales through outstanding customer service while upholding store standards and encouraging customer loyalty. The role supports a luxury fashion environment with a focus on service, product knowledge, and a welcoming store atmosphere.

The position requires 12 hours per week with keyholder responsibilities, including cash handling and maintaining store operations. Prior retail experience and good IT skills are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented and able to build rapport with customers.
• Clear communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Experience working in retail, preferably fashion, is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and brand.
• Provide accurate product information, features, benefits and stock availability.
• Promote multi-channel shopping options to maximise customer satisfaction.
• Create an inviting and welcoming store atmosphere for customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with company guidelines.

Purpose of the role

To generate sales by delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining impeccable store standards ensuring customer loyalty is retained.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and the brand
• Provide accurate information about our product to the customer including features and benefits and stock availability
• Promote our multi-channel shopping options to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
• Provide an inviting and welcoming atmosphere for our customers
