Job summary

Crew Clothing Tunbridge Wells is seeking a part-time Key Holder to deliver outstanding customer service, maintain store standards and drive sales.

You will manage day-to-day store operations, assist customers with product knowledge, process transactions, and support opening and closing procedures. Experience in retail and a passion for luxury fashion is desirable; 12 hours per week with flexibility to cover busy periods.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented. Strong communication. Prior retail experience is preferred.

Purpose of the role

To generate sales by delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining impeccable store standards ensuring customer loyalty is retained.

Responsibilities

• Promote our multi-channel shopping options to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
• Provide an inviting and welcoming atmosphere for our customers
