Job summary

Crew Clothing Windermere is seeking a Key Holder for Part Time to drive sales through exceptional customer service and spotless store standards. You will support the store team, manage opening/closing duties, and help retain loyal customers.

With 12 hours per week, the role offers flexible hours in a luxury fashion environment and opportunities for development within a friendly, collaborative team at Crew Clothing Windermere.

Qualifications

• Customer service-focused.

• Good IT skills for POS and basic systems.
• Experience in a luxury fashion brand is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and brand.

Key Holder - Part Time

Purpose of the role:

To generate sales by delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining impeccable store standards ensuring customer loyalty is retained.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and the brand
• Provide accurate information about our product to the customer including features and benefits and stock availability
• Promote our multi-channel shopping options to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
• Provide an inviting and welcoming atmosphere for our customers
• Process sales transactions with care and in line with company guidelines
• Demonstrate flexibility in order to meet the needs of the store
