Job summary

Crew Clothing Cobham is seeking a Part Time Key Holder to run the store for 12 hours a week with keyholder responsibilities, helping maintain exceptional standards.

You will deliver outstanding customer service, share product knowledge, promote multi‑channel shopping, and support sales targets while creating a welcoming, luxury‑brand experience for every customer.

This role is ideal for reliable, customer‑focused individuals who enjoy fashion and can cover shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Customer service excellence and communication are essential.
• Experience in retail is preferred.
• Good IT skills are desirable for transactions and stock check.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and brand.

Purpose of the role:

To generate sales by delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining impeccable store standards ensuring customer loyalty is retained.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and the brand
• Provide accurate information about our product to the customer including features and benefits and stock availability
• Promote our multi-channel shopping options to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
• Provide an inviting and welcoming atmosphere for our customers
• Process sales transactions with care and in line with company guidelines
• Demonstrate flexibility in order to meet the needs of the store
