Job summary

Topologie is seeking a proactive Key Holder to support our UK market. You will lead shop-floor teams, assist the Store Manager, and ensure smooth opening and closing procedures while maintaining high standards of presentation and service.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in retail, a passion for lifestyle and design, and a proven ability to drive sales through excellent customer experience and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a dynamic team of sales associates.
• Support the Store Manager in setting goals and giving feedback.
• Open and close the store, manage keys and alarm codes, and act as manager-on-duty in absence.
• Deliver exceptional service and resolve customer issues with professionalism and empathy.
• Assist in daily operations: inventory, merchandising, and stock management.
• Contribute to sales strategies and analyze KPIs to identify growth opportunities.

Key Holder

What you'll be doing?

Leadership & Team Management

• Assist in motivating and developing a dynamic team of sales associates.
• Support the Store Manager in setting clear goals and providing feedback to team members.
• Foster a collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and growth.
• Open and close the store, holding keys and alarm codes, and acting as manager-on-duty in the Store Manager's absence.

Customer Experience

• Ensure exceptional service standards are met, creating memorable experiences for every customer.
• Resolve customer issues or complaints with professionalism and empathy.
• Contribute to strategies aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Help drive sales and achieve store targets through effective support and operational excellence.
• Participate in analyzing sales reports and key performance indicators to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

Store Operations

• Assist in overseeing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
• Help manage stock levels and conduct regular inventory checks.
• Maintain store presentation to the highest standard, ensuring product displays are engaging and well organized.

What you'll ideally bring

• 2+ years of retail experience, ideally with some supervisory or keyholding responsibility.
• Background in retail with a focus on customer service and teamwork.
• Commitment to outstanding customer service and creating a great shopping experience.
• Organizational skills: ability to manage multiple tasks while paying attention to detail.
• Adaptability: comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Genuine interest in lifestyle and design, with an eye for store presentation.
• Quick thinker who can address problems effectively.
• Ability to occasionally lift and move up to 14 kg as part of daily store operations.
