Your tasks
  • Providing excellent customer service and promoting this ethos throughout the business and team.
  • Interacting with customers at all levels and developing long-term relationships.
  • Consistently delivering and enhancing customer satisfaction to meet and exceed expectations, ensuring all team members provide proactive customer service.
  • Retaining and expanding current business to maximize revenue from each customer.
  • Implementing measurements to evaluate team performance and service quality on a monthly basis.
  • Responding efficiently to customer issues and complaints, and introducing continuous improvement measures.
  • Managing the entire Key Accounts department to achieve targets and budgets.
  • Overseeing employee management and development within the department, including performance management and career planning.
Requirements
