Job summary

Otis Elevator Co. in Leicester is seeking a Key Accounts Administrator to join the Otisline Contact Center Team. Based in Grove Park, you will support key account managers by coordinating between clients, engineers and field service managers to help meet KPIs.

The role offers structured training, potential career progression within Otis, and a Monday–Friday 8am–4pm schedule. You will need strong customer service, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to work under pressure

Responsibilities

• Build effective relationships with key account clients and account team.
• Provide updates on Engineer ETA and maintain client portals.
• Update client web portals and ensure closure of work orders and tasks within timescales.
• Submit quotations through web portals where required.
• Support closure of insurance reports through client systems and portals.
• Provide bespoke reports within time frames via the Otis CRM system.
• Support Account managers at meetings and provide required information.
• Provide updates on shutdown units and keep customers informed of progress.
• Provide adequate coverage for holiday and sickness within the department.
