Tagged Resources Ltd is seeking an Experienced Account Manager to join a well-established business specialising in the design, manufacture and supply of accessories to leading high street retailers. You will work across multiple product categories, supporting the continued growth of its key accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management or merchandising roles within supplier-driven environments.
• Understanding of commercial and operational demands in contract-driven settings.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent MS Excel and Word skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with customers, factories and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Account Manager in managing key customer accounts across multiple product areas.
• Attend customer meetings, record actions and ensure timely follow-up.
• Prepare cost sheets and order handover documents; maintain costing information.
• Negotiate with factories on pricing, quantities and delivery requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers through product development to order placement.
• Liaise with customers on negotiations, order management and meetings.
• Collaborate with the design team on construction, materials and development requirements.
• Assist with travel arrangements and meeting itineraries.
• Provide administrative support to the merchandising team as required.
• Ensure information is accurate and communicated across internal teams and external partners.
