Job summary

The role requires handling orders, inquiries, and billing with courtesy and professionalism. The successful candidate will manage customer accounts, ensure inventory availability, and support promotional campaigns, all while adhering to health, safety, and environmental policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) CXC/CSEC O’Level passes including English Language and Mathematics.
• A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in customer service or a similar position.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the Company’s products to customers and seek new opportunities.
• Process and follow up on customers’ orders and deliveries.
• Handle customer questions, complaints and billing queries professionally.
• Manage customers’ accounts within credit facility limits as per policy.
• Collect revenues and perform COD collections according to procedures.
• Verify inventory and ensure product availability at branches.
• Contribute to advertising/promotional campaigns and maintain product knowledge.
