Job summary

Retail Human Resources plc in London is seeking a Supply Chain Customer Coordinator. This hybrid role links customers with internal teams to manage end-to-end direct sales orders, ensuring products are sourced, tracked and delivered efficiently.

You will collaborate with operations, supply chain, finance and logistics across the UK, US and Asia, handle queries and data with accuracy, and drive smooth order fulfilment.

• Experience in supply chain, customer service, account management or order management.

£40,000 – £42,000 + Discretionary Annual Bonus

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a successful international consumer products business in a role that sits at the heart of the supply chain operation. Working as the key link between customers and internal teams, you will manage the end-to-end journey of direct sales orders, ensuring products are sourced, tracked and delivered efficiently. This is a highly collaborative position, requiring close interaction with operations, supply chain, finance, procurement and global logistics teams.

Key Responsibilities
