Job summary

Cpl Life Sciences is seeking a Territory Manager focused on diabetes products in South Yorkshire. This role involves engaging key decision-makers, implementing sales strategies, and providing education to enhance product awareness. Ideal candidates will have experience in pharmaceutical sales and a strong network in primary care.

Qualifications

  • Experience selling in the pharmaceutical or medical device sector.
  • Strong existing network within primary care and experience with Dietitians and Diabetes Nurses.
  • Ability to engage and influence stakeholders confidently.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with KOLs, HCPs, and health boards to drive product advocacy.
  • Deliver business plans to increase product sales within the territory.
  • Provide education and training on products to HCPs and patients.

Territory focus: South Yorkshire

The role:

A great opportunity to be part of a market-leading organisation within the Healthcare space, focused on Diabetes and selling a hugely successful product range.

The Territory Manager will be expected to:

  • Engage with KOLs, HCPs and key decisionmakers within the target health boards to drive product advocacy and uptake across territory.
  • Deliver account/business plans to further increase product sales.
  • Maximise formulary status/pull-through and implement patient pathways.
  • Provide education and product training to HCPs and patients, further driving awareness of the product range.

Please note that you must live on territory to be considered for this role.

Key skills and experience required:

  • Existing pharmaceutical or medical device sales - with a strong primary care network and experience of liaising with Dietitians and Diabetes Nurses.
  • Strong communications skills with the ability to confidently engage with, and influence, customers.
  • Experience of selling in Diabetes will be highly advantageous.
  • Time management and account planning ability.
  • Experience of collaborating with cross-functional teams.
