Reporting To: Sales Director

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strong relationships with existing customers, monitoring their purchases to identify upselling opportunities.
  • Initiate, scope, and manage projects to increase sales yield and revenue.
  • Collaborate with the Client Services team to increase renewal rates through the client lifecycle.
  • Develop and implement sales plans for products and territories to meet targets.
  • Support product development by providing client feedback and assisting in new product launches.
  • Build relationships with clients at conferences and during product demonstrations.
  • Create proposals and sales pitches for new products.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records to track sales activities and progress.
  • Ensure contracts are signed and orders processed in compliance with GDPR.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
  • At least 3+ years of B2B new business sales experience using a structured sales methodology.
  • Preferably some months of sales leadership experience in B2B sales.
  • Experience in hiring, training, and coaching sales teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Knowledge of account-based marketing and targeted campaigns.
  • Experience managing multi-stakeholder negotiations and procurement processes.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, with forecasting and reporting skills.
  • Proficient in CRM systems; Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of the legal industry is a plus.
  • Motivated by sales, team-oriented, collaborative attitude.
