PATH Recruitment is seeking a Key Account Manager to cover the Midlands within the Construction/Hire sector. You will manage major customers, visit sites and present solutions to grow revenue, backed by a commission scheme and company benefits.

The role runs Monday to Friday with a competitive base salary and travel across the Midlands. Ideal candidates will have hire industry experience, a strong track record with national accounts, and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Experience in the hire industry is essential (plant/tool/welfare access, crane, generator, lifting or related).
• Experience managing large key/major/national accounts.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Proven track record of developing key customer relations.

Responsabilités

• Develop business from major customers via account management, visits and presentations.
• Update contact database and manage regular customer visits.
• Attend major customer events and grow revenue with key accounts.

The Key Account Manager Opportunity:

• Develop business from Major customers via account management, customer visits and presentations.
• Updating Contact database
• Regular Customer Visits
• Attending Major customer events
• Account manage major customers with potential to increase revenue

To be successeful as the Key Account Manager:

• Previous experience within the hire industry is essential, this could be plant hire, tool hire, welfare hire, powered access, generator hire, lifting hire, non mechanical hire, crane hire, pump hire or related
• Experience managing large key/major/national accounts
• Full UK Driving License
• A proven track record of developing key customer relationsips
• Strong communication, negotation and presentation skills
