Role: Key Account Director Grocery (Co-op & Morrisons)
Location: Once a week in Uxbridge plus regular customer visits.

Position Overview

As Key Account Director Grocery, you ll be the driving force behind Monster Energy s performance in two of the UK s most strategic customers Co-op and Morrisons.

You ll lead the end-to-end commercial strategy, working hand-in-hand with Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) to unlock profitable growth, deliver best-in-class activation, and push the boundaries of what s possible in the energy category.

This is a high-impact, externally facing leadership role with full accountability for market share, revenue, volume and customer relationship management. You ll bring influence, energy, and sharp commercial instinct to steer joint business plans, shape innovation agendas, and lead cross-functional delivery.

You ll also play a key role within the broader Monster commercial team championing insight-led decision-making and contributing to strategic projects beyond your immediate remit.

  • Proven experience managing top-tier Off Trade accounts at a senior level within FMCG ideally with exposure to Co-op, Morrisons, or similar.
