Job summary

CooperVision Limited in Fareham, Hampshire, is recruiting a Key Account Data Analyst (Supply Chain) on a 12‑month fixed-term contract. You will collaborate with the Supply Chain, Commercial, Operations and Demand Planning teams to analyse customer service, availability and demand data to support business decisions.

Responsibilities include producing OTIF and backorder reporting, maintaining statistical forecasting models, monitoring forecast accuracy and bias, and assisting KAMs with

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of data analysis or supply chain.
• Knowledge of statistical methods, forecasting techniques and demand-analysis principles.
• Experience with forecasting support, supply chain analytics or related disciplines.
• Experience supporting forecasting, planning or S&OP processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyse customer, market and product performance data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Produce availability, service, OTIF, backorder and supply performance reporting for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Support Key Account Managers with customer-facing analytics’ service reviews and supply chain performance discussions.
• Maintain and optimise statistical forecasting models and system-generated forecasts.
• Monitor forecast accuracy, forecast bias and forecast utilisation.
