Job summary

Morgan Hunt UK Limited is seeking an experienced Commercial Lead to join the leadership team of a Housing Association. The role focuses on driving commercial performance, ensuring robust financial and contractual controls, and maximizing business value across operations in Kent.

You will report to the General Manager and collaborate with operations, procurement and finance teams to support growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Significant commercial management experience, ideally within a construction, repairs, or property services environment.
• Excellent analytical and data interrogation skills.
• Advanced Excel capability and strong contractual knowledge.
• Proven negotiation skills.

About the Role / Job Summary

This is a pivotal role responsible for driving commercial performance, ensuring robust financial and contractual controls, and maximising business value across operations.
