Regen Solutions Ltd in Basildon is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial activity on modular build projects, with strong cost control and procurement leadership. You will manage CVRs and Bills of Quantities, and work across site in Basildon with the Southwark-based commercial/technical teams.

Applicants should have QS qualifications (HNC/HND, BSc or equivalent) and demonstrable MMC/modular experience, with good numerical, analytical and communication skills to ensure

Competenze

• Strong numerical, analytical and communication skills.
• Relevant Quantity Surveying qualifications (HNC/HND, BSc, or equivalent).
• Experience in modular build projects or MMC.

Mansioni

• Manage all commercial aspects of modular construction projects, including cost planning, forecasting and financial reporting.
• Produce and maintain Cost Value Reconcilations (CVRs) with accuracy and timely submission.
• Lead the procurement process: tendering, bid analysis, negotiation and subcontract appointments.
• Prepare and analyse Bills of Quantities, schedules and tender documentation.
• Oversee commercial management of Mod Pods, SIP panels, groundworks packages and related modular elements.
• Manage subcontractor accounts: payments, variations, claims and final accounts.
• Support valuation processes, applications for payment and contractual correspondence.
