Job summary

Moida, part of Maguro Group, is seeking an Assistant Manager in London to lead on shift, develop the team, and deliver an engaging customer experience for our K-beauty concept. You will ensure standards of service and product knowledge are exceptional, while supporting stock management and event activities.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Assistant Manager or senior supervisor in beauty or lifestyle retail.
• Excellent customer service instincts and warm communication skills.
• Genuine enthusiasm for K-beauty, Korean culture and the Moida brand.
• Commercially aware with experience in stock and retail operations.
• Flexible for weekends and varied shifts.
• Eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily store operations.
• Lead the team on shift, maintaining standards of service, warmth and expertise.
• Assist with team training, product knowledge coaching and performance development.
• Handle customer queries, feedback and complaints with care.
• Monitor stock, replenishment and K-beauty visual merchandising.
• Deputise for the Store Manager as required.
• Contribute to team briefings, product launches and in-store events.
