Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Social Work (or equivalent) and SSSC registration.
• Experience with court reports and risk assessment.
• Strong case management and risk management knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Undertaking comprehensive assessments of service users’ needs, strengths and risks.
• Managing a diverse caseload and coordinating interventions in line with legislative and organisational requirements.
• Preparing and submitting high-quality Justice Social Work reports for Courts and other forums.
• Conducting risk assessments and informing risk management plans.
• Developing and reviewing case management plans to support rehabilitation and reduce reoffending.
• Working with justice partners, health, housing and third-sector organisations.
• Maintaining accurate case records and documentation.
• Contributing to public protection and multi-agency processes.
