Job summary

Dals is seeking a coordinator to manage Welsh- and English-language bookings, ensuring interpreters are assigned to client assignments and service delivery is smooth. You will work with clients, linguists and internal teams to coordinate bookings and resolve issues while maintaining excellent client relationships.

The role focuses on Welsh-speaking clients, with a hybrid working model after training (3 days in the office, 2 days at home).

Qualifications

  • Welsh fluency in Welsh and English (spoken and written).

About the Role

To facilitate client bookings and ensure the appropriate interpreter is assigned to client assignments. A vital part of the role is supporting our clients by managing interpreting and translation requests efficiently while delivering the highest standard of service. Working closely with clients, linguists, and internal teams, you will coordinate bookings, manage service delivery, resolve operational challenges, and maintain strong client relationships. Fluency in Welsh and English is essential to effectively support Welsh-speaking clients and stakeholders.
