Job summary

RecruitedUK is seeking a Justice Case Worker to manage a caseload of participants in the community and CFO Activity Hubs, supporting them to engage and break down barriers to successful resettlement, achieve agreed milestones and develop enhanced skillsets. Facilitating delivery at pop up Satellite Hubs across the region.

Salary is £26,049 - £31,790 per annum, with local travel required; Southampton-based role with driving licence preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in motivating and supporting individuals with multiple and complex needs to progress towards education, training or employment.
• Experience working with external stakeholders to provide participant support or progression routes (employers, local authorities, health services, voluntary sector).
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with support services for comprehensive participant support.
• Proven experience working to targets and KPIs with ability to monitor and report progress.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage a caseload independently and provide community-based support.

Job description

We are looking for a Justice Case Worker to manage a caseload of participants in the community and CFO (Creating Future Opportunities) Activity Hubs, supporting them to engage and break down barriers to successful resettlement, achieve agreed milestones and develop enhanced skillsets. Facilitating delivery at pop up Satellite Hubs across the region.

Salary: £26,049 - £31,790 per annum

Location: Southampton (the role does require some travel locally so driving license is preferred)

We are looking for people who have:

• Demonstrable experience in motivating and supporting individuals with multiple and complex needs to overcome barriers and progress towards future goals in education, training, and employment.
• Experience in working with external stakeholders to provide exceptional participant support or progression routes, including employers, local authorities, health services, or voluntary sector organisations.
• The ability to build, manage, and maintain strong working relationships with a variety of support services to ensure comprehensive participant support.
• Proven experience of successfully working to targets and key performance indicators, with the ability to monitor and report on participant progress effectively.
• Excellent organisational skills and time management, with the ability to manage a caseload independently and provide community-based support.
