Job summary

Reevr Talent Ltd is hiring a Junior Welder for a full-time permanent position. You will provide daily support to the Lab, focus on all listed work, and maintain welder approvals, monitoring test pieces and updating related documentation.

The role also supports the Design Department with lab-related tasks, such as sectioning test pieces and analyzing failed components. Hands-on training fosters a long-term career in an engineering environment.

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of reviewing specifications, drawings and routings.
• Strong attention to detail with good organizational skills and prioritization in changing situations.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of Welder and Brazing Operator approvals.
• Inspection of test pieces from production to ensure specification compliance.
• Support in qualification/substantiation of Weld test pieces.
• Support in welding and material investigations.
• Operate tests on welding equipment (argon testing) and analyze cleaning tank solutions.
• Create, review and approve Welding and Brazing data cards.

Junior Welder

Full Time, Permanent

This is an excellent opportunity for a Junior Welder looking to develop their skills, receive hands‑on training and build a long‑term career within a supportive engineering environment.

As the Junior Welder you will provide daily support to the Lab, mainly focusing on all jobs on the work to list are performed, keeping welding operator approvals up to date, monitoring welder s test pieces, reviewing and updating various documentation linked to operator approvals or welding.

The role will also support the Design Department for any other tasks that may be linked to lab work, i.e. sectioning of test pieces / failed components, etc.

Key Responsibilities for the Junior Welder

• Maintenance of approvals of Welders and Brazing Operator approvals
• The inspection of test pieces from production, ensuring compliance to specification
• Providing support in qualification / substantiation of Weld test pieces
• Providing support in welding and material investigations
• Control and performing tests on Welding equipment (argon testing, etc) and Chemical analysis on cleaning tank solutions, etc.
• Creation, review and approval of Welding and Brazing data cards

Experience required for the Junior Welder

Required:

• Solid knowledge and experience reviewing specifications, drawings and routings
• Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize with changing situations
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

Desirable:

• Good understanding of specifications relating to Welding and Brazing (international and customer specifications)
• Experience with welding ideal (seam, tig, etc.)
• Experience with brazing ideal
