Job Role: Junior Web Analyst

This role offers an exciting opportunity for a talented and ambitious individual to join our communications and digital marketing team as a Junior Web Analyst.

Responsibilities

1. Understand how users find and interact with our website.
2. Explore and develop strategies to improve website interaction and conversions.
3. Interpret data patterns and develop goal-oriented solutions.
4. Use Google Analytics to inform website improvements.
5. Gain experience with wireframes, user flows, and website design.
6. Collaborate with designers, developers, and the Creative Director to achieve digital goals.
7. Track website performance, test new ideas, and report findings to the team.
8. Contribute ideas and strategies as experience grows.

Candidate Requirements

1. Excellent educational background, minimum 2:1 degree from a top university.
2. Passion for our content and goal to influence global thought through philosophy and big ideas.
3. Experience with Google Analytics, UX research, basic design, and website management is highly desirable but not essential.
4. Engagement with and understanding of the digital environment.
5. Suitable degrees include philosophy, maths, human sciences, economics, psychology, marketing, or computer science.
