Job summary

Arup is seeking a junior consultant to join the Strategic Water Services team, with offices in Bristol, Cardiff and Birmingham. You will work across policy, regulation, asset management and engineering to help clients shape long-term decisions in the water sector.

You will collaborate with colleagues across the UK and internationally to deliver research, analysis and project delivery for clients such as Welsh Water and Ofwat, while developing expertise through diverse projects and mentoring.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking for complex water sector challenges.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work across engineering, economics, policy and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Shaping water sector strategy, policy and investment decisions.
• Supporting clients on climate resilience, water security and infrastructure challenges.
