Aspion is seeking a Junior Warehouse Manager to join our Liverpool area warehouse. You will oversee goods-in processes and maintain accurate stock records, supporting smooth daily warehouse operations.

The role requires a proactive, hands-on approach, strong organisational skills and experience with stock control. A clear path for progression exists within a growing logistics business.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, goods-in or stock control.
• Strong stock management and inventory control knowledge.
• Experience with warehouse management systems such as Mintsoft.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily goods-in operations and ensure deliveries are recorded accurately.
• Check deliveries against purchase orders and resolve shortages or discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate stock records using the WMS.
• Manage stock locations and put-away processes.
• Coordinate regular stock takes and cycle counts.
• Monitor stock levels and liaise with purchasing on shortages or excess stock.
• Check supplier invoices against PO and GRN.
• Supervise warehouse staff and delegate workloads.
• Manage supplier returns and damaged deliveries.
• Ensure warehouse documents and delivery paperwork are complete.
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes and stock control.
