• Experience in a similar role in a busy high-end restaurant.
• Outstanding communication and people skills.

• Superb multitasking skills and eye for detail.
• Ability to demonstrate excellent service with speed and efficiency.
• Able to meet physical and scheduling demands of the position, including walking, standing, or lifting heavy items for extended periods and working nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Available to work different hours including weekends.
