Kong in Shoreditch, London, is seeking a hands-on manager to lead a busy hospitality team in a fast-paced setting. You’ll supervise shifts, uphold standards and mentor 40-50 Kongers while ensuring guests receive warm, attentive service.

Qualifications

• Around six months of work experience of any kind helps, but attitude matters more than your CV here.
• You're keen to learn about food, drink and the craft of looking after people - guests and teammates alike.
• You care about getting the details right: food delivered hot, to the right seat, with allergies always front of mind.
• You're a team player who keeps things moving - stations stocked, sauces and chopsticks ready, so nobody has to leave a guest to go hunting.

Responsibilities
