Frasers Group in London is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist to support the delivery of visual standards across the business, driving sales and enhancing the customer experience.

You will collaborate with Retail, Commercial and Marketing on store elevations, campaigns and product launches, with regular travel to stores across the UK. This role is based at our London Head Office.

• Support operational planning, department administration and project coordination.

Are you ready to join the Fearless? The Role

As part of the Frasers Visual Team, you will support the delivery of visual merchandising standards across the business, helping to drive sales, enhance the customer experience and maintain brand standards. Working closely with Retail, Commercial and Marketing teams, you will support store elevations, campaigns, installations and visual merchandising initiatives across the estate.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and distribute visual merchandising communications and guidelines.

This role is based in our London Head Office and will involve regular travel to stores across the UK

What's next?

Our Recruitment Team will be reviewing applications and all candidates will receive a response, whether you are successful or unsuccessful. Shortlisted applicants may be asked to confirm a few key details before being booked in for a first stage interview with the Recruiter - this will be behaviourally focussed and centred around how you align with our Culture and Values. If successful we anticipate one or two further interview stages with the Hiring Manager/wider team which will be more technically focussed and could include a presentation/task so we can see your skills in action.
