Job summary

The White Company is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to bring our brand to life through inspiring product presentation across stores in the UK. You will work with store teams and Area Visual Managers to deliver visual excellence that supports storytelling and customer experience.

In this role you’ll create calm, engaging displays that reflect our seasonal direction, maintain high presentation standards, and ensure products are replenished and showcased to maximise shopper confidence and sales.

Qualifications

• Experience in visual merchandising within a retail environment.
• Ability to create appealing, brand-aligned displays.
• Strong collaboration with store teams and managers.

Responsibilities

• Create calm, inspiring visual displays reflecting The White Company brand and seasonal direction.
• Ensure product presentation supports navigation, storytelling and purchasing decisions.
• Deliver consistent visual standards across stores to inspire customers.
• Use visual detail and layout to enhance the shopping experience and brand perception.
• Travel to other locations to support new store openings or model store set-ups as needed.
