MTX Solutions is seeking a Junior Programmer to join its growing team, focusing on Unreal Engine gameplay and core systems. The role is hybrid with 3 days onsite in Daresbury, UK, and offers up to £35k salary plus benefits.

You will learn across development areas, help with optimisation, debugging, implementing features, and contribute to internal tools, collaborating with design, art and programming teams.

Qualifications

• UE4/UE5 experience is desirable.
• Understanding of core gameplay programming concepts.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Interest in developing broad technical knowledge across systems.

Responsibilities

• Support development of gameplay and core systems in Unreal Engine.
• Assist with optimisation and debugging.
• Implement well-defined features across multiple areas of development.
