G MASS Consulting in London seeks a graduate to join as an underwriter for a small-ticket US miscellaneous professional liability book. You will work with the founder and senior underwriters, handling submissions on a modern AI-enabled platform and applying underwriting guidelines to ensure quotes, binders, and administration are accurate and timely.
This hands-on role offers early responsibility, exposure to senior underwriters, and potential progression as the MGA scales.
This role is a graduate opportunity to join a specialist, fast-growing London Market MGA. You will take on the underwriting of a small-ticket US miscellaneous professional liability book, and you will also support the core operational processes behind the business.
You will work closely with the MGA's founder and senior underwriting team. You'll handle a steady, high-volume flow of submissions on a modern, AI-enabled underwriting platform, apply underwriting guidelines and binder authority, and make sure business is quoted, bound and administered accurately and on time.
This is a hands-on role. You will learn how an MGA runs day to day, from broker submissions and underwriting decisions through to the operational discipline that supports capacity providers. As the book grows, there is a real opportunity to make it your own.
For a graduate who wants early responsibility, direct exposure to senior underwriters and the chance to grow with an expanding business, this role is an exceptional entry point into the London Market. There is clear potential to progress into a fuller underwriting career or a senior operational position as the MGA continues to scale.
