The Fiser Group, located in London, is seeking an ambitious Underwriting Assistant to join a Lloyd's-focused MGA at the start of its Property build-out. This role offers hands-on exposure to delegated and open market Property business and a path for growth within a rapidly expanding team.

You will provide administrative and underwriting support to the Property team, handle policy administration, data gathering and reporting, and liaise with brokers and coverholders as the platform scales.

Qualifikationen

• This role requires experience supporting underwriting teams in an insurance context.
• Exposure to Property underwriting is advantageous but not essential.
• Familiarity with Lloyd's and London Market operations is beneficial.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced environment.

The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Underwriting Assistant to join a rapidly growing Lloyd's-focused MGA at the beginning of its Property build-out.

Supporting a highly respected Property leadership team, this role offers the chance to become part of an entrepreneurial business with significant growth plans and exposure to both delegated and open market Property business.

This position is ideal for an Underwriting Assistant who enjoys being part of a close-knit team and wants to develop their career within a business where progression and learning opportunities will naturally emerge as the platform expands.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and underwriting support to the Property team.
• Assist with policy administration and documentation.

Required Experience

• Experience within an Underwriting Assistant, Technical Assistant or similar insurance support role.
• Exposure to Property business would be advantageous but not essential.
• Lloyd's and London Market knowledge beneficial.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confidence working in a fast-paced environment.
