Qualifications
- Degree in Town Planning or a related subject.
- Progress towards MRTPI or chartership encouraged.
- Experience in planning consultancy, local authority or housebuilder.
- Organised, proactive and commercially aware.
- Confident communicating with stakeholders.
- Eager to develop a career in housebuilding and development.
- Able to work within a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
- Assist with preparation and submission of planning applications.
- Support planning team in residential development projects.
- Undertake planning research and site assessments.
- Monitor local planning policies and development plans.
- Liaise with local planning authorities, consultants and stakeholders.
- Assist with management of planning conditions and obligations.
- Provide planning support throughout the development process.
- Collaborate with land, technical and development teams.
