Job summary

Analox, a global leader in gas sensing, is seeking a Technical Documentation Specialist to support the preparation, maintenance and control of technical publications. You will collaborate with subject-matter experts, structure and format documents to our standards, and produce illustrations as needed.

As capability grows, you will assist with ILS artefacts and Through Life Support data, while upholding safety, teamwork and a commitment to quality.

Qualifications

• Support preparation, maintenance and control of technical documentation.
• Collaborate with subject-matter experts to gather and clarify information.
• Produce and maintain illustrations and document graphics where required.
• Structure and format documentation in line with company standards and templates.
• Assist with Through Life Support data and related artefacts as capability grows.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update technical manuals and other customer-facing technical publications.
• Produce first drafts, incorporate changes and proofread documentation for accuracy, clarity and consistency.
• Structure and format documentation in line with company standards and templates.
• Produce and maintain supporting illustrations and document graphics where required.
• Work with subject-matter experts across the business to gather and clarify technical information.
• Create and maintain documentation within the company’s document-management system, supporting document review, revision and release activities.
• Support improvements to documentation templates, workflows and practices.
• As capability develops, support selected ILS artefacts and Through Life Support data.
