As a Talent Scout, you will be trained to source passive candidates through networking and complex internet searches. We want you to go beyond basic sourcing on LinkedIn and job boards, sourcing candidates through blogs, niche social networks, trade associations, online groups, directories, alumni associations, and complex Boolean and x-ray searches on Google.

The role of Talent Scout is the first step towards becoming an expert Head Hunter. Tiro is committed to staff development and training, providing both on-the-job and external training, supporting you to achieve a professional recruitment qualification. Tiro is a corporate member of the Recruitment Employment Confederation, and all our team are qualified to REC level 3 in recruitment practice.

What we need from you:

• Degree qualified or equivalent (educated to at least A Level standard)
• Strong written and spoken communication skills
• Personable, proactive, motivated, and eager to learn
• Proficient in PC software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Email, and Internet applications
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
• Detail-oriented
