Award-winning executive search consultancy Tiro Associates Ltd has a new opportunity to join our team.

As a Talent Scout, you will be trained to source passive candidates through networking and complex internet searches. This includes sourcing beyond LinkedIn and job boards, utilizing channels like blogs, niche social networks, trade associations, online groups, directories, alumni associations, and conducting Boolean and x-ray searches on Google.

The Talent Scout role is the first step towards becoming a Head Hunter. Tiro is committed to staff development, providing both on-the-job and external training, and supporting candidates to achieve a professional recruitment qualification. We are a corporate member of the Recruitment Employment Confederation, and all our team members are qualified to REC level 3 in recruitment practice.

Requirements:

• Degree qualified or equivalent (educated to at least A Level standard)
• Strong written and spoken communication skills
• Personable, proactive, motivated, and eager to learn
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Email, and Internet applications
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
• Detail-oriented
