  • Conduct right-to-work checks and support pre-employment compliance.
  • Deliver smooth onboarding experiences in collaboration with EA/Office Manager, e.g., first-day communications, systems access, and culture touchpoints.
  • Support with maintaining data integrity across all people systems and documentation.
Talent Projects & Initiatives
  • Support ATS migration and implementation projects (e.g., testing workflows, migrating data, updating templates).
  • Support employer branding initiatives and ad-hoc projects by writing content, contributing to LinkedIn campaigns, and partnering with technical recruiting and cross-functional teams to improve processes and enhance the experience for candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate logistics for hiring-related events such as career fairs, university partnerships, and meetups.
Required
  • Hands-on tech sourcing experience across Engineering, Machine Learning, and Product.
  • 2-3 years of experience in an in-house Talent/People Operations role (preferably within a tech startup/scale-up or agency with a strong tech focus).
