You will provide day-to-day IT support to artists and production teams, assist with onboarding, manage user accounts, set up workstations and help keep studio systems running smoothly. On-site presence is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support or systems support.
• Strong interest in technology and willingness to develop skills.
• Experience with Windows, macOS and Linux.
• Confident troubleshooting and methodical problem solving.
• Proactive, hands-on with good attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork.
• On-site work availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support to artists and production teams.
• Assist onboarding of new joiners (accounts, permissions, workstations).
• Manage user accounts and access across studio systems.
• Set up and maintain workstations and IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot connectivity, hardware and software issues.
• Collaborate with systems and engineering teams to keep studio running smoothly.
