Your Responsibilities

1. Engineer, provision, and operate technology solutions for our customer platform across various data centers.
2. Ensure high availability of systems and infrastructure.
3. Perform routine maintenance, including software releases, patching, and vulnerability scans.
4. Implement automation to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
5. Support integration of new technologies and collaborate with IT security teams to enhance security and maintain certifications (ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials Plus, BSI C5).
6. Participate in on-call duties, troubleshoot issues, and escalate as needed.
7. Create and maintain technical documentation and contribute to risk management and reporting projects.
8. Understand and improve disaster recovery processes, actively participating in exercises.

Qualifications

• IT specialist qualification or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Server and Linux (Debian, Ubuntu, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with a team-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to learn and ask questions.
