END. Washington, Tyne & Wear is seeking a Junior Stylist to join our studio and style e-commerce garments across brands in line with Style Guides. You’ll help create fast, sale-ready imagery for our online store.

• Experience in styling or fashion retail is beneficial.
• Ability to interpret Style Guides and brand requirements.
• Strong collaboration with on-set teams and other studio departments.

Responsabilidades

• Adhere to END. Style Guide and brand aesthetics when styling products.
• Style products to align with Style Guides and customer profiles for online sale.
• Work across diverse products/brands to create client-facing imagery.
• Collaborate with on-set team to direct models and select best imagery.
• Contribute to research, processes and systems to improve styling quality.
• Support wardrobe selection and mentor Styling Assistants.
• Ensure team delivers high-quality visuals and exceptional customer experience.
• Engage in image development, moodboards, and data-driven styling decisions.
• Provide timely data and targets to aid performance and decision making.
• Collaborate with Photography and Retouch to align workflow.
