Job summary

End Clothing is seeking an Ecommerce Photographer to join our Studio Team in Washington, Tyne & Wear. This full-time, on-site role shoots product imagery for our website and digital channels, across on-model and still-life sets, ensuring imagery supports the premium shopping experience.

You will collaborate with models, stylists, production and post teams, apply strong lighting and Capture One Studio expertise, and refine images for timely delivery that meets launch schedules across a global

Qualifications

Proven experience working within a high-volume ecommerce studio preferably commercial fashion.
Strong understanding of studio production workflows and e-commerce image requirements.
Advanced knowledge of photographic equipment, including Canon mirrorless camera systems, lenses, and Profoto lighting.
Proficiency in Capture One Studio.
Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop would be advantageous.
A strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to produce commercial imagery to a defined creative brief.
Experience working to established visual guidelines and maintaining consistency across large volumes of imagery.
Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines at the same time.
Confident collaborating with a wide variety of people but also comfortable working independently.
Strong organisational skills and commitment to maintaining consistent standards across high-volume workflows.
Ability to remain calm and effective when working under pressure and against tight deadlines.
Excellent communication skills.
A strong commercial awareness of the industry we operate in.
Positive and proactive approach to problem-solving.
Adaptability and willingness to support evolving studio workflows and processes.
A passion for photography, fashion and culture.

Responsibilities

Photograph products across multiple categories on both Still Life and Model sets.
Take ownership of the imagery you create, ensuring it meets END.'s visual, technical, and commercial expectations.
Deliver agreed daily productivity targets while maintaining our styleguide and brand standards.
Apply strong technical photography and lighting expertise to solve challenges efficiently.
Collaborate daily with models, stylists, stock assistants, post production team, producers, and creative teams.
Direct models during shoots, providing clear and constructive feedback to achieve the required photographic standards.
Prepare and hand over imagery for retouching in line with specifications.
Maintain equipment and contribute to studio workflow improvements.
Ensure health, safety and housekeeping standards in photographic areas.
