You will maintain Salesforce records, hand over qualified leads to Student Recruitment Advisors, and contribute to team targets in a fast-paced, coaching-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage new prospective students through telephone, email, and SMS
• Conduct structured initial conversations about interest, motivation, study goals, and intent
• Complete initial qualification checks against programme criteria
• Identify barriers, concerns, risks, and readiness to progress
• Progress qualified prospective students to Student Recruitment Advisors
• Provide clear handover information about motivations, circumstances, questions, and risks
• Provide accurate high-level programme information and set expectations for the next stage
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce CRM
• Manage high volumes of new enquiries and follow-up activity
• Work with Student Recruitment Advisors to improve lead qualification and handovers
• Contribute to team targets and continuous improvement through feedback, trends, and insights
• Report to the Student Recruitment Manager / Sales Manager

Requirements

• Customer-facing, telephone-based, sales, recruitment, or customer service experience would be beneficial
• Strong verbal communication skills and confidence engaging prospective students by telephone
• Ability to ask effective questions and listen actively
• Strong written communication skills for email and SMS
• Good judgement and attention to detail when completing qualification and eligibility checks
• Ability to recognise and accurately capture barriers, concerns, or risks
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Strong organisation and time-management skills
• Positive and resilient approach to telephone-based outreach and repeated contact attempts
• Comfort learning and using CRM systems and digital communication tools
• Salesforce experience would be beneficial but is not essential
• Higher education, education consultancy, or student outreach experience is desirable
• Willingness to receive coaching and continuously develop sales, discovery, and student recruitment skills
